Christmas turkeys

I'm a firm believer in free range meat and this year a friend has reared a turkey for me. This is my local free range Turkey who sadly will no longer be with us after tomorrow! I can't say we're not looking forward to enjoying it roasted and butter basted! They always taste better coming from field to fork! Plus it means that I can do my bit to help support local famers.
