We’ve rebranded!

Collins is a small, family-run business based in Chester-le-Street. We specialise in fine food, cooked simply and delivered directly to you, so that you can relax and enjoy your event. From catering intimate dinners to wedding banquets, we offer a service that is bespoke for you and your event.

We’ve recently rebranded and since launching our new website, I wanted to introduce a blog section to share news, photos, and testimonials. I also thought it’d be a great way of sharing some of my favourite hints and tips.
