This helps us come up with a menu that can be precisely tailored to your needs. We offer tailored menus for any time of year; using seasonal ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. Guest numbers can be anything from two to as many as needed. We can also advise on wine & drinks.Our clients range from private individuals and shooting syndicates to leading law firms and charitable organisations.
